1. How can I order?

Orders can be placed online via our website. In addition, you may place your orders by calling our customer service helpline 7777.7676 ( from Cyprus) or +357 25581056 from abroad.

2. Can the prices change?

Prices may change in response to changing costs and market conditions. However, once your order has been placed, the prices for that order are confirmed.

3. Can I change my order?

You can change your order provided it has not been despatched by calling our customer service helpline 7777.7676 (from Cyprus) or +357 25581056 from abroad. Please note that orders are despatched within 1 working day from receipt but sometimes may be despatched immediately upon receipt.

4. How can I cancel my order?

Payment FAQ

1. Which payment methods can I use to place my order?

There are 4 ways in which you may pay for your purchases :

1) Via credit/debit card when placing your order : We accept most cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro and Electron cards. 

2) Via PayPal

3) Via bank transfer of the funds: Prior to placing your order, please contact us and we shall provide you with our bank details in order to deposit the funds equivalent to your order. Once the funds have been received we shall issue and email you a Certificate Code which you can use on the website in order to pay for your order.

4) Payment via Cash On Delivery ( for Cyprus only ).

2. Is it safe to send credit/debit card details over the web?

All transactions through our site are totally secure because your details are encrypted and sent through a secure connection and can only be read by us once we receive it. Depending on your browser, a key or other padlock symbol will appear usually in the lower right hand corner.

The encryption technique used is certified by JCC Secure Payment Gateway or by PayPal, depending on your chosen payment method.

3. If I don’t want to pay online what do I do?

You can pay via bank transfer of the funds or Cash-On-Delivery(for Cyprus only): Choose the Cash on Delivery option if ordering from Cyprus or, prior to placing your order, please contact us and we shall provide you with our bank details in order to deposit the funds equivalent to your order. Once the funds have been received we shall issue and email you a Certificate Code which you can use on the website in order to pay for your order.

4. When will I be charged?

The credit card is processed and authorised online when you place your order. Payment is processed once the goods have been despatched to you.

Delivery FAQ

1. Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver worldwide via registered mail or EMS DataPost ( the courier division of the Post Office ).

2. Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

We can send packages to PO Box addresses only via registered mail or EMS DataPost.

3. My order has not arrived on the expected delivery date. What should I do?

Please inform us by email or via our customer service helpline 7777.7676 ( from Cyprus) or +357 25581056 from abroad or +302 111 980249 ( from Greece ). We will then make an enquiry with the delivery company and inform you of the status of the package. All packages are sent registered and require your signature for collection.

Return FAQ

1. How do I return unwanted products?

Ikoagora guarantees your purchases and the quality of its products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 21 days for a full refund or exchange. Returned goods must be unused/unworn, with their labels intact and in their original packaging.

If you live in Cyprus and need to return any items from your order, please mark your package as RETURNED GOODS and send it via  A.C.S/AKIS EXPRESS  to Ikoagora, Limassol, Tel:25581056. 

If you live abroad and need to return any items from your order, please mark your package as RETURNED GOODS and send it to Ikoagora, P.O.Box 54670, 3726 Limassol, Cyprus. Please send your parcel via registered mail with a receipt of posting.

2. What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Ikoagora carries out a quality check of its products. Therefore the likelihood of receiving a faulty product is greatly reduced. However, should you discover a faulty item in your order, please mark your package as FAULTY GOODS and send it to Ikoagora. If you live in Cyprus, please send it via  AKIS EXPRESS/A.C.S  to Ikoagora, Limassol, Tel:25581056.   If you live abroad, please send it to Ikoagora, P.O.Box 54670, 3726 Limassol, Cyprus. Please send your parcel via registered mail with a receipt of posting. Please include a note indicating the fault in your product and, if relevant, the circumstances under which it arose. Upon receiving your package we shall credit you with your postage expenses and refund or exchange the faulty goods.

3. What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

 In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect item, please return it to us and mark your package as INCORRECT GOODS and send it to Ikoagora. If you live in Cyprus, please send it via A.C.S/AKIS EXPRESS  to Ikoagora, Limassol, Tel:25581056. If you live abroad, please send it to Ikoagora, P.O.Box 54670, 3726 Limassol, Cyprus. Please send your parcel via registered mail with a receipt of posting. Upon receiving your package we shall credit you with your postage expenses and refund or exchange the incorrect goods.

4. I returned an item. Have you received it?

As soon as we receive your returned item, we shall notify you. If you do not hear from us within the expected time period, please contact us to let us know and also enquire with your delivery service or postal service used.

Product FAQ

1. The product I want is temporarily unavailable. Will you be getting more in stock?

We receive stock on a daily basis so a product which is shown as unavailable may soon be in stock. If you would like us to reserve a product for you please send us an email or call our customer service helpline 7777.7676 ( from Cyprus) or +357 25581056 from abroad or +302 111 980249 from Greece.

2. Do you have sizing guidelines?

3. How can I search for a specific product?

To search for a specific product please go to the home page where you can use the search facility to find a product by typing in the description or reference code.

4. Do you do gift wrapping options?

Yes. There is a gift wrapping/gift box option for many items.
